Rengar Q still hits when polymorphed. Went back to look at the replay and it was clear that the rengar was polymorphed before he auto attacked but his Q still went off. I understand why due to the mechanic of the rengar Q however polymorph should prevent the auto attack in the first place.
Unless you polymorphous him before the leaping animation started you won’t be able to stop the damage it does.
The same thing happens with Master Yi when he uses his Q, except not only does he still do the damage when he reappears but he isn’t polymorphed either. Since Polymorph is technically a projectile attack it will have no effect if the target vanished before it connects. In the case of Rengar he will still be polymorphed since he was still visible but the leap he does will still do damage unless you polymorphed him before he could leap out at you.
