ABILITIES:

Passive: Magical Backup. Maximum of 2 Summons. 3 at level 7. 4 at level 16 Samson cannot regenerate mana unless in fountain or activated passive. Summoning gives Samson charges. At 4 charges the next summon is buffed based on your current mana. The summon consumes all of your mana, but halves the cool down of all spells (except ult.) and you gain 10.5 + 5% Maximum Mana Regen for 5 seconds. Can cast without mana, but casting takes 2 seconds.

Q: Winters Bite. MC:75/100(L5) CD:15 Summons a controllable Ice wolf who chases the nearest unit, or the most recently attacked unit. Has double your AS. Loses 5 hp every second(starts 4 seconds after summoning. Doubles every 10 seconds.) Health: 100/150/200/250/300.(+20%AP) MS:370/400/430/460/490. (+35%AP) Damage(true):10/20/30/40/50(+5 per 100 AP) BOOST: Doesn't lose HP Triple your AS.(can pass 2.5) Double Movement speed. PASS and BOOST: Increased damage (10 per 100 mana) Furor passive.

W:Summers Warmth. MC:50/75(L3)/100(L5) CD:25 Summons a treant that follows you until death. An area around the treant heals every allied unit, including its self and burns enemies.(magic damage.) Reactivating the treant makes it jump to a target location and root into the ground, killing it, rooting nearby enemies, and applying a large heal to nearby allies. They lose 5 health per second(starts 4 seconds after summon. Increases to 20 after 10 seconds.) Summon Range: 500 units Effect range: 550 units Jump range: 1000 units Health:200/250/300/350/400(+70%AP) Heal:6/8/10/12/14 per second.(+20%AP) Burn:2%/3%/4%/5%/6% max health over 5 seconds. (Stacks up to 5 times.) The elemental targets the nearest enemy unit and makes a chaining attack between units and has an attack speed of 2.50. (Magic damage.)Chains between 4 units. Each hit generates mana based on 10% of the damage dealt. Attacking burns 10/12/14/16/18 health. Summon range: 600 units Attack range: 550 units Chain range:450 units Health:50/75/100/125/150 Dmg:30/40/50/60/70 (+100% AP) BOOST: Triple damage. Half health. Chains 6 units. PASS and BOOST: Range increased by 100 per 100 mana consumed.

R: Blessing of Spring MC:200 CD:120/110/100 Activates passive and gives BOOST to next allied summons and all currently summoned. Consumes stacks of Magical Backup. (Gives the "X per Y mana consumed" bonuses based on how much mana Samson has after casting.)

LORE: W.I.P.

ROLE: Tanky Mana Ap Top laner.

Pros: -Nice health sustain from W -Decent poke and CS with E -Hard to engage on due to W root.

Cons: -Huge mana cost and Cool downs -Gankable when out of spells -Range will destroy him.

Really hard to understand what you are saying based on the wording. -First of all, he doesn't fit the role of a tanky top laner. He is not tanky due to his level scaling. -At level 1 you pretty much have to go with W, the only way you can get that 40 percent missing mana regen. About the 40 percent missing mana regen. does he pretty get full mana afterward? I mean you waste all your mana just to cast the 5th spell. -Also he seems super weak, No level of CC, barely have any spell that lets the player control properly. Because its pretty much playing yorick with longer CD and you have to choose when to summon each one.
