Do any of the in-game objects exist.

From the small amount of worldly lore we have (Worldly not characters) we have proof that both Twisted Treeline and Howling Abyss exist and that a few of the purchasable items are real item 3153 item 3190 in particular. Baron is also confirmed to be a real creature and the in-game one was said to be a fake mimicry, however, the Institute lore that said that has been scrapped so I'm not sure anymore.

Sona still has a line about summoners, the map is still called Summoners Rift, and the spells are still called summoner spells, but there is no summoner lore anywhere aside from the Wikis which still contain the old lores.

How much of the Summoners Rift is canon to the official universe of League of Legends?

item 3191 As far as I know, Sejuani is wearing it officially.

item 3742 is the shoulder plate from Gangplank.

item 3198 I think we can assume that it does exist and is hold by Viktor.

Doran still exists, according to Ornn, so I would believe his items do as well.

95% of the gameplay elements are non-canon, obviously with the exception of a few things and champion kits. But at the very least the art for every game mechanic is definitely inspired by the lore. Look at Death's Dance which gives off a explicit Darkin artifact vibe, but it has no prime lore relevance and easier to just assume it won't first.

Myself personally would even conclude Drakes, Herald and Baron aren't canon either until possibly made so. But then again Vilemaw is, so...
