Elemental Zed: Ultimate Skin Concept

Ok so we all know Elementalist Lux right? The crazy incredible innovative and super good looking skin that we all forked over 8,000 dollars to pay for. You know the one. Anyways, after the skin's release, I thought nothing of it, except that it was cool and might be something I could purchase. However today I realized that I literally came up with basically the same exact skin idea except for Zed, almost a year (11 months) ago (See my board post for evidence)! So I floating around in my pool in August of 2016 came up with a skin idea that was so incredible, Riot just had to release basically the same thing in December of that same year like what the heck man. I don't actually think that Riot Definitely stole my idea, but I'm not going to say it isn't possible. Not everything about my skin idea was the same, like for example the way in which the Lux skin changes compared to mine, but the similarities are undeniable. So Riot I leave you with a few options. You can A: Make my skin idea an actual thing and gift me it for free, B: Hire me as one of your lead skin designers, C: Not do that last one because I'm not actually legal to work, D: Gift me Elementalist Lux, or finally, E: Do A and D. Side note, you don't actually have to do any of that I put it in here kind of jokingly, but I'd like some form of reimbursement for my hard work making my awesome Zed skin.

"elemental" is one of the most generic concepts of the history.

Have you ever seen avatar for example?

... Elementalist Lux was leaked before the Star Guardian skins came out, back in September 2016.

If you want to go "Riot stole my idea", bring it up when they make it for Zed. This guy called it in 2012 (from the same thread) https://i.imgur.com/L6ebp4S.jpg?noredirect

I think this is more a case of common themes in culture rather than Riot taking your idea. Themes like "elemental" are super common across every form of media I can name, so the fact that you came up with a skin showing elemental mastery and someone at Riot came up with a similar theme doesn't shock me at all.

You'll find this sort of thing happens a lot, actually -- the League playerbase is huge, and the odds of someone having a good idea that someone at Riot also has are much greater than the odds that someone in a position to make that decision actually stumbled across a specific piece of fan work and went "This. Let's do THIS."

i know how you are feeling. its not like wanting money for the concept, but a kick back as in a champion you felt you inspired or a skin just to say a thank you for the thought would have been nice. or even a red post saying thats a good idea.

felt i had a concept that seems very similar to Thresh lantern ability back in the day.
But it also has the flavor of a Tahm Kench ult.
i referred to it as a beacon.

Added on that that lissandras ult comes close to Ability 2

Thing is ... we never know if they actually take our suggestions or if they just ignore us.

and i am not expecting credit for Taliyah throwing dirt

The suggestion you put is pretty much nothing at all like the Elemental Lux skin... And people mostly put suggestions because they want to see that kind of content in the game, not because they're looking for any "reimbursement" (especially if you didn't contribute anything for said reimbursement to begin with).
