[Champion Concept] Blockhead, the ??
Blockhead is Cuphead/1930's inspired character. I dont really know if he would fit League of Legends in its lore and current state. Here's how he looks: https://imgur.com/7sfiL0A An AP Mage Midlaner/Support. He throws dice with basic attack. Base Stats

Passive: Shinin' gold.
Every time a minion dies near Blockhead, he gets a consumable, that he can cast on himself or an ally, giving him or the ally 1-10 gold. 1 gold = 65% chance 2-5 gold = 45% chance, 6-10 gold = 35% chance.
Second Passive: Magic? Damage? Not for me, I'm a happy guy! Blockhead is getting 15% reduced magic damage, and 5% reduced damage from basic attacks.

After a 1 second cast time, Blockhead hurls his hands in a line in front of him, dealing 160/190/275/300/475 + (50/75/80/95/100% AP Ratio) + 2% Max Health to every enemy hit. If Wallop! hits an enemy champion, Blockhead roots the enemy champion for 1.5/1.6/1.7/1.8/1.9. dealing reduced damage to all targets after the first, damage is reduced by 5% for each target it goes through (maximum damage decrease 40%). W: Clappin' and Clappin'! Mana Cost: 75/85/95/105/115 Cooldown: 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 seconds Blockhead claps his hands, throwing out a shockwave (not orianna's shockwave lol), that deals 50/75/100/125/150 + (50% AP Ratio) magic damage and stuns the first enemy hit for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2.
E: Free hugs! Mana Cost: 120/140/160/180/200 Cooldown: 20/19/18/17/16 seconds Blockhead hugs an ally champion or an ally minion or himself, giving Blockhead, or/and the ally/minion/ a shield, that protects 75/125/150/175/225 + (50/55/65/70/75% AP Ratio) of both damage sources physical and magic, also giving adaptive damage 20/35/45/55/65 AP or 20/25/35/40/45 AD over the duration of 4/5/5.5/7/7.5 seconds, and 5/6/7/8/9 magic resist and 6/7/8/9/10 armor for the duration. You can cast it on Enemies, but do not get these bonuses, rather these 75/125/175/225/275 + (100% AP Ratio) magic damage, and get stunned for 1.25 seconds, plus their damage is decreased by 10/12/15/17/20% for 6.25 seconds.
R: A lil' tune is always helpful! Mana Cost: 200/300/400 Blockhead spawns a Gramophone for 10/12.5/15 seconds that gives adaptive damage 50/70/90 AD or 50/100/150 AP , 20% movement speed, heals for 20/25/30 per second, and additional 75 units to nearby allies minions included.
