Champion based around bursting people out and one shotting, kind of. Here's his short lore:

Lore made by ThePurplePill9[NA] and improved by dragonekM[Eune] (me) Even part of the forming Lunari and he was believed to become the one that climbs the mount and become what Taric is today. He tries the climb, after falling, losing his left arm, and realising Taric does it, not knowing, and finds out his prophecy is already fulfilled. He teams up with Warwick and Singed to try and track Taric. Singed modifies Kammov, giving him claws, spikes, and his left arm, Thresh giving him the power of controlling his claws and powers, and Kammov sets out to kill taric. Long story short, Kammov gets whopped in the face but Taric, horribly scaring him, and he retreats back to Targon. After that, the legendary Darkins, offered him infinite life, but Kammov disagrees with the offer. Kammov is friends with Warwick and Singed

Base Stats: HP: 562(+85,4) HP regen: 4.96(0.87) Mana: 212(+67) Mana regen: 6.47(0.98) Range: 125 AD:64(2.12) Attack Speed: 0.634(+2%) Armor:34(4.1) Magic Resist: 33(1.23) Movement Speed: 345

  1. Passive "Scars of the undead."

Attacking enemies with basic attacks or damaging spells leave Scars on the enemy champion dealing 25 (scaling with level) damage over 2 seconds. Scars stay on the enemy champion for 12 seconds (scaling with level) Also scars give some bonuses. 1 Scar = +10% Attack Speed 3 Scars = +10 AD 5 Scars = +10 Armor and Magic Resist accessable at level 11 10 Scars = 35% Damage Reduction. Bonuses do not stack. For example, there are 2 enemies, both of them have 5 scars, you dont get 20 armor and magic resist, only 10.

Unique passive: If Taric is on the enemy team, Kammov gets 12 movement speed running towards the enemy Taric if withing the range of 1300 units, or if Singed/Warwick is on the ally team, he gets additional 1 AD and 1 armor and magic resist.

  1. "Q" "Claws of the beast" Cost: 75/90/105/120/135 Kammov attacks enemies in front of him with his claws for 50/75/250/275/325 + (100%/100%/125%/125%/140% AD ratio) His Q range is 175 units. Q cast time is reduced by Attack Speed Q scalings are per-hit total Cooldown 11/10.5/9.5/9/7.5 s

His Q attacks enemies in front of him, something like Riven's Q. So, it depends on in which way you are standing. You cannot aim it with mouse like skillshots. Like i said, something like Riven's Q. You can also change directions while using Q.

His Q ability gets bonuses as it levels up.

So, LvL 1 Q = Scratches enemies in front of him once LvL 3 Q = Scratches enemies in front of him twice LvL 5 Q = Scratches enemies in front of him twice, and the third time, Kammov hits the enemy champion with his left arm, because he doesn't have any claws,If Q hits all three times in succesion, Kammov stuns the enemy champion with his 2 arms for 0.5 seconds. If Kammov successfuly scratches his enemy, Kammov cannot cast his Q for 15 seconds, or basic attack an enemy champion for 2.5 seconds because he regenerates his claws.

  1. "W" "Spooky Leap" Cost: 60/70/80/90/95 mana Kammov dashes in a line in front of him. If the dash hits an enemy champion, Kammov stuns the enemy for 1/1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4 and deals 20/25/30/35/40 + (50% AD ratio) magic damage. If Kammov kills an enemy, W's cooldown resets. Cooldowns: 15/14/13/12/11 s He dashes like Riven's Q, you can't really aim it.

  2. "E" "Cowards' fear" Cost: 80/90/100/110/120 mana Kammov explodes all scars Globally, dealing 100/150/200/250/300 + (75% AD ratio) + 25 (50% ad ratio) physical damage per scar (for ex. 5 scars = 125 + (50% AD ratio) etc.) Cooldowns: 20/19/18/17/16 s Unique "E" passive: Kammov gains 12/16/20/24/28% movement speed and attack speed. AD Ratio does not stack

  3. "R" "Stalemate" Cost: 100/150/200 mana If Kammov is unseen to the enemy champion he is tracking (the player picks the champion, after the player picks the champion, for ex. the adc has a debuff, where the adc's movement speed is reduced by 12/13/14%, armor is reduced by 10%, and Kammov deals 15% more damage to the picked champion), Kammov can jump to the target within the range of 2000/2250/2500 units, if he does, he deals 250/500/650 + (60% AD Ratio) physical damage, applying on-hit effects and 3 scars. Note, this skill is a skillshot, not a point and click ability. Note 2, QSS and Mercurial Scimitar counters the debuff and Kammov isn't able to jump to the enemy with this ability. Cooldowns: 200/150/125 s

{quoted} He teams up with Warwick Singed and Thresh to try and track Taric.

Singed and Warwick, maybe. Thresh is a terrible, soul-stealing undead from another part of the world, and not really "friends" with anyone, so that bit stretches belief. Same with Diana, who is, in her new lore, unlikely to help a now-monstrous being hunt down another Targonian.

After that, the legendary Darkins, offered him infinite life, but Kammov disagrees with the offer._

I'd cut this -- it adds nothing meaningful to your story, and it's also not how Darkins really work. There are other ways to show that a character is independent and/or strong-willed.

AD:72(2.12) Attack Speed: 0.758(+2%) Movement Speed: 360

These numbers are all unusually high, and should probably be toned down a bit. The highest base movement speed of a normal champion is 350, the highest base attack speed is 0.694, and the highest base AD is 71. Why does this guy break all of those?

Attacking enemies with basic attacks or damaging spells leave Scars on the enemy champion dealing 25 (scaling with level) damage over 2 seconds. Also scars give some bonuses. 1 Scar = +10% Attack Speed 3 Scars = +10 AD 5 Scars = +10 Armor and Magic Resist accessable at level 11 10 Scars = 35% Damage Reduction.

No real issue with this, although it's a weird grab-bag of numbers that doesn't make much thematic sense, so I'd recommend seeing if you can simplify it to be more appreciable.

If Taric is on the enemy team, Kammov gets 20 movement speed running towards the enemy Taric, or if Singed/Warwick is on the ally team, he gets additional 5 AD and 1 armor and magic resist.

These unique traits are too powerful. 20ms and 5AD are both pretty meaningful. If it was more like 5ms and 1 AD, it might be better.

  1. "Q" "Claws of the beast" Cost: 60/70/100/105/150 Kammov attacks enemies in front of him with his claws for 50/75/250/275/325 + (200%/200%/175%/175%/140% AD ratio) His Q range is 175 units. Q cast time is reduced by Attack Speed Cooldown 11/10.5/9.5/9/7.5 s

LvL 1 Q = Attacks enemies in front of him once LvL 3 Q = Attacks enemies in front of him three times LvL 5 Q = Attacks enemies in front of him three times, If Q hits all three times in succesion, "??" stabs his enemies, leaving 2 stacks of Scars on the enemies, doing dmg over time, 25 + (50% AD ratio)

The scaling here puzzled me until I saw the multiple hit bit. I think this ability scales a bit too well, although I can't be sure -- you should clarify if the AD ratio is per-hit or total, and you should show the damage for one hit. It might also be cleaner if you had it so it hits once at level 1, twice at level 3, and three times at level 5, although I'd personally just make it a three-hit ability from level 1 on and scale the damage up appropriately, since that fits more into League's design style.

##Also, noting this here but it's applicable everywhere -- scaling in League is almost always consistent. So your mana cost, if it rises by 10, is 60/70/80/90/100, and your AD ratio/cooldown/damage should have a similar progression.

  1. "W" "Spooky Leap" Cost: 40/50/60/70/80 mana Kammov dashes in a line in front of him. If the dash hits an enemy champion, Kammov stuns the enemy for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 and deals 20/25/30/35/40 + (50% AD ratio) magic damage. If Kammov kills an enemy, W's cooldown resets. Cooldowns: 10/8.5/7/5.5/4s He dashes like Riven's Q, you can't really aim it.

This is fine at level 1 where it's mobility + a 1 second stun on a 10 second cooldown. This is horribly balanced at level 5 where it's a 2 second stun on a 4 second cooldown, which can be turned into a near permanent stun if you buy any cooldown at all. I'd recommend making the stun a flat 1 or 1.5 seconds, and changing the cooldown to something like 11/10/9/8/7 (if 1 second) or 13/12/11/10/9 (if 1.5 seconds). That will still be very powerful, but at least a LITTLE less absurd.

  1. "E" "Cowards' fear" Cost: 80/90/100/110/120 mana Kammov explodes all scars Globally, dealing 100/150/200/250/300 + (75% AD ratio) + 25 (50% ad ratio) physical damage per scar (for ex. 5 scars = 125 + (50% AD ratio) etc.) Cooldowns: 20/19/18/17/16

...do scars have a maximum duration? If not, this (and the passive) are horrendously OP as in-lane trades just equal eventual 100% assured death. I'm concerned about the balance either way though, since as written you gain a 50% AD ratio PER SCAR, on an auto-attack heavy champion. That's pretty absurd, especially on top of the already solid base damage this thing has.

Unique "E" passive: Kammov gains 12/16/20/24/28% movement speed and attack speed.

  1. "R" "Stalemate" Cost: 150 mana "??" turns himself into a Thornmail, growing spikes on his whole body, changing all his AD into armor and magic resist x1.5/x2.0/x2.5, slowing himself by 30/20/15%, reducing attackers Attack Speed by 30/40/50%, and AD/AP by 25/30/40, and reflects 40/60/80% of the damage enemy champions not minions will deal to him. While in his ultimate, Kammov cannot use any damaging abilities he can still dash and stun, but will do no damage or basic attack. After 7 seconds, Kammov shoots all of his spikes around him, if it doesn't attack an enemy, it will stay on the ground for 10 seconds, and if it hits an enemy champion, leaves 3 scars on the enemy. If an enemy is hit by multiple spikes, can apply maximum amount of 5 scars. Cooldowns: 200/150/125 s

...This is a super unfun ability. You're looking at gaining nearly 600 Armor/MR easily, debuffing everyone who hits you, and reflecting damage. The only thing this ultimate does is tell people to ignore you for 7 seconds, which isn't fun for you and isn't fun for them, since the penalty for getting it wrong is straight-up dying and/or wasting all your abilities.

The story is a bit choppy, I love the actual story but the writing needs some work. Great job!
