The item will be called "Scuttler Shooter" and its global skillshot item... For every scuttle you kill applies a stack, you can use a stack every 60 seconds to fire a rift scuttler out in a target direction, and into enemies it flies into. The item also grants bonus armor and magic resist, as well as movement speed.

May I ask what exactly happens when the poor Scuttle Cran collides with the faces of the enemy Champion? Damage? Soft/Hard CC? A Debuff? A scuttle crab spawns there? I'm genuinely curious
