Legacy Skin Trade

I personally am SERIOUSLY looking after a certain Legacy Skin (Masquerade Evelynn), however, there is not a single way to obtain her--nor any other Legacy Skin--besides through luck-of-the-draw with random chests and other loot crates. I believe a sort of Skin Trade exclusive to Legacy Skins would make a sort of interesting "economy" of them, and give them some greater relevance. Perhaps the trade could cost essence? Maybe only provide the recipient with a shard and not a permanent champion?
