A little while ago, I was mystery gifted Mecha Zero Sion, but I noticed (in both store and in-game) that for some reason I no longer have him. I was wondering if anyone knew of a bug in the new client where certain skins were suddenly "gone." that friend hasn't been banned or anything, so I can't think of a reason why it should have disappeared.

If your friend was issued a chargeback the skin would be removed, but he'd get the RP when he paid it up not the content. That's the usual reason for missing skins. You've reloaded your client and checked again right?
