Does Ivern's 500k damage affect the chance of getting an S?

I recently played a Miss Fortune game that I thought I'd get an S from. At the end of the game, I received an A+ and observed that Ivern dealt 500k damage (rounded up). I looked up Miss Fortune's averages, and while my score may not have been S-worthy, I felt it could've have at least accounted for an S- There will always be more games, of course, but I thought I'd ask the community if anyone knows if Ivern's total damage dealt affects the chance that you may receive an S.
