passive: he spends his life thinking about new champions to make even though riot hasn't made a champion based on someone's concept and creation for the past 10 years

q: he gains hope that riot will release his champion and proceeds to make an op champion

r: getting ideas from other posters, an r with 100k true dmg seems like a good idea since everyone's concept and creation has their ultimate ability as op as this one or even more.
