Aria, the Sorceress of Force
Before we get any ideas, no, I am not thinking jedi.
This is going to be a bit weird, to be sure, but what fun is making a concept if you don't go all out, right?

Abilities:
Passive: Increasing Force: Aria gains bonuses to Ability Power for each passing minute. Ability Power per Minute: 1/2/3 [Upgrades at 7/13
Q: Fist of the Creator: Aria targets an area, and after a brief delay, deals a small amount of True damage and stuns the targets caught.
Damage: 40/55/70/85/100 Ratio: 55% Ability Power Type: True CC Type: Stun Stun Duration: 1 Second Cast Range: 450 Area of Effect Range: 300 Diameter Cooldown: 11/10/9/8/7 Seconds Cost: 80 Mana Side Notes?: Should be pretty simple.
W: Center of Gravity: Aria places a mark on the ground, causing all enemies who enter the area to be slowed. After the mark expires, all enemy units in range are pulled toward the center.
CC Type: Slow, Pull Slow Duration: 3 Seconds, .5 seconds after leaving area. Cast Range: 500 Area of Effect Range: 300 Cooldown: 15 Seconds Cost: 70 Mana Side Notes?: Reverse Diana E, but not centered on herself.
E: Psychic Burst: Aria focuses herself to cause a small burst of energy around herself, dealing magic damage and slowing enemies. Enemies already effected by Fist of the Creator are instead stunned.
Damage: 60/80/100/120/150 Ratio: 70% Ability Power Type: Magic CC Type: Slow, Stun Slow Amount: 25/30/35/40/45% Slow Duration: 2 Seconds Stun Duration: +1 Second if affected by Fist of the Creator. Area of Effect Range: 300 Cooldown: 8 Seconds Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 Mana Side Notes?: If an enemy is already stunned by her Q when she uses this, it will add 1 second onto the already existing stun.
R: Make Light of the Situation: Aria passively increases damage done to targets who have been directly affected by her spells for a brief moment. Actively, Aria puts down a large area which increases the movement speed, attack speed, and damage of her and her allies. Effect for Aria is reduced.
Passive Type: Mark Passive Damage Increase: 10/15/20% Active Movement Speed/Attack Speed Increase: 10/15/20% Damage Increase: 25% Aria's Active Movement Speed/Attack Speed Increase: 5/7.5/10% Aria's Damage Increase: 12.5% Cooldown: 140/125/110 Seconds Cost: 125 Mana Side Notes?: Aria has a halved effect on herself because, as a specialist in this area of magic, she is pretty much used to the fluctuations in gravity, and it doesn't affect her as much as it will others.
I know this will probably need some tweaks and stuff, but I like her. :]
