Hello fellow summoners! After some extensive searching, I've been scouring the forums for interesting concepts and this one caught my eye the best! I've messaged the creator of concept in game, hoping he/she still plays. After asking, I've been given permission to re-post the concept so long as Credit to the original creator was given! This idea astounded me, and it was well made. It has art, lore, abilities, numbers, everything! Well, everything except a VO.

Many thanks to SephirothWontDie for this concept! I hope it gets a lot of approval now as it did in the past. :]

Please note that I have not changed anything about it, and it is not my place to change it. I am copying and pasting as is, so any feedback will not do me any good on this. Just let me know what you think! :D

Name: Beth, the Mirror of Hate

Appearance: Click here! Drawing done by PandaWhistle

Lore: Beth, though young, has great power at her disposal. Her power to manipulate objects and energy with her mind is perhaps unparalleled by any other in Valoran. She is alone in the world, her parents no longer with her, and scared though she is she find comfort in the shattered bits of glass that she carries with her, the remains of the many mirrors she was utterly fascinated by and obsessed over nearly every waking hour of her life.

Born and raised in Noxus, Beth’s latent powers were identified at a young age. Loyal citizens to their city-state, Beth’s parents raised her in combat, preparing her for the day when she would join the armies of Noxus in battle against Demacia and all other who would oppose them. But Beth did not share in her parents’ fervor. Instead of training or studying on how to use her magic further in her spare time, she would sit surrounded by an extensive collection of mirrors, gazing and touching each one. Her parents were displeased, but as she was still a child they tolerated it; believing that she would grow out of it in time. But years passed, into Beth’s teens; and even though her parents attempted to drive them apart, Beth’s love for her mirrors never faded.

At last, her parents could stand their child’s behavior no longer. One day, as Beth sat surrounded by her favorite mirrors, her parents stormed into her room, shouting at her with anger. One by one, they took the mirrors their daughter had collected all her life and shattered there. Beth screamed out in pain and begged for her parents to stop as they toiled on the destruction of her most treasured belongings, but so caught up in their actions were they that they neither heard her cries nor saw her writhing on the shattered-glass-covered floor of her room. Each shattered mirror she could feel breaking in her very soul. Each time one of her parents broke a mirror it felt like they were breaking off a piece of her.

Finally only one mirror remained: the first mirror Beth had ever had. A small handheld mirror that she carried with her at all times. Tears of agony rolling down her face, Beth tried to hold onto it, but her parents snatched it away and shattered it. And it was with that Beth herself finally shattered. As her parents started to leave the room, Beth cradled the shattered pieces of glass in her hand and arms, crying tears into the bloody cuts of her palms. Beth’s pain and sorrow turned to rage, and with a scream of fury she unleashed her magical power upon her parents, pulling the shards of her shattered loves from the floor and cutting them to bloody ribbons.

Only when they were dead and bleeding on the ground did Beth realize what she had done. Rage gave way to fear and she ran from her home into the nearby forest, looking for a place to hide; the shattered pieces of her mirrors floating around her as she fled. But she could not escape the dread that now gripped her. Her legs finally gave out near a road, and on this road she was greeted by a kind and beautiful woman. The woman spoke to Beth and told her that she would help her, asking only that Beth do one thing in return: join the League of Legends. Desperate for the help she was being offered, Beth traveled to the Institute of War.

Passive: What I've Done: Beth reflects back on her past actions. Every time Beth damages an enemy unit with an ability, she reflects 30/35/40% of that damage to another nearby enemy unit as magic damage. Reflected damage gets stronger the closer the enemy is to the target, dealing a maximum of 60/70/80% of the initial damage to an enemy within melee range. Always damages the closest enemy. Range: 400

Q: Mirror Mirror: Beth places a reflective surface in front of her for 3 seconds. If hit by a basic attack, she shatters the mirror and sends the shards in front of her, dealing 60/70/80/90/100(+1 Total AD) physical damage initially to the champion who attacked her and 75/90/105/120/135(+1 Total AD) to enemies in a cone cone. If hit by an ability or spell, she instead reflects the magic energy, dealing 60/70/80/90/100(+.7 AP) magic damage first to the enemy champion who hit her, and that same amount to enemies around them after 1 second. Basic attacks and abilities will not be negated when setting off Mirror Mirror. Passive is set off from the first enemy hit. Secondary targets hit will NOT set off the passive. Cost: 80 Mana Cooldown: 10 Seconds Range of Cone: 60 Degree Arc, 500 Units Out Area of Effect Radius: 300

W: Falling Inside the Black: Passive: Enemies that damage Beth will receive a stack of Darkness, maximum of 10 stacks. Beth reflects the damage the target dealt to her in a dark reflective surface beneath them, dealing 10/15/20/25/30(+.15 AP) magic damage per stack. This sets stacks on all other targets to 0, but causes them to be slowed for 3% per stack for 3 seconds. Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 Mana Cooldown: 12 Seconds Range: 700

E: Dead Inside: Beth numbs the nerves of the target with small needles of glass, giving them the Feeling of Death and stunning them for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds. Feeling of Death deals magic damage equal to 2/3/4/5/6% of their maximum health as magic damage when set off by another ability and 1(+.01 AP)% of the target's maximum health as magic damage to enemies near the target, stunning them for .5 seconds. Note: Only the initial damage on the first target sets off the passive. Cost: 85 Mana Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 Seconds Range: 600 Shatter Range: 250

R: Looking From You: Beth creates a large reflective surface as a wall for 5 seconds. Enemies that are initially facing this wall will take 100/250/400(+.75 AP) magic damage and will be stunned for 1. Enemies initially facing away from it will take 75/200/325(+.5 AP) magic damage.(Wall placement is similar to Anivia's) Note: Does NOT set off the passive. Cost: 100 Mana Cooldown: 130/110/90 Seconds Wall Length: 400/500/600 Cast Range: 500 Range of Effect: 300

Quotes:

Upon champion selection: "Our reflections are a part of us Summoner."

Movement: "Reflecting your decisions." "Shall we shatter them?" "Ah! Is that a wrinkle?"

Taunt: "Your reflection isn't looking so well."

Joke: "Mirror, mirror, on the wall... Um... Something, something, of all."

In my personal opinion, I think this looks great, and I would love to see her in LoL! It may require some number changes, but as I stated, that's not my place to change any of it. Congratz to SephirothWontDie for making this awesome concept, and even winning in the contest he entered it into!
