Pool Party Yasuo

Well, here we are again, asking the exact same question, again. How many time has a pool party skin been requested? Well, I'm here with part of the solution to the problem. However it is in the works, I am making a Pool Party Yasuo concept skin with a friend. As a sneak peek, I've worked at the concept art of this skin and it looks like Yasuo will use a noodle as a sword.However, this can change! I am going to work out his abilities while my friend draws him out. The abilities are as follows:

Q - Steel Tempest: The overall concept will look like a hurricane in which instead of it's predecessor (which is a tornado), the overall sprite may not be changed however, there will be a trail of water following the tornado. W - Wind Wall: The wall will look more like a wave or tsunami rolling in out of thin air. E - Sweeping Blade: The ability will look like Yasuo is charging at the enemy but, there will be a jet of water and bubbles as the trail of the charge. R - Last Breath: Yasuo will be swing his noodle (HueHueHue) at the enemy and every slash will become a slash of water, if you've noticed, the ground (when the enemy falls from mid-air) has a mark. I'm thinking of the Riot Logo being on the ground (as Pool Party Yasuo will have a Riot Logo on him somewhere...).

These are all just simple ideas that I wish Riot Games would take into consideration
