Caitlyn's "C" and Vi's Sister Explanation

Before anyone reads this criticism below, please act as if you are open-minded...

After taking a closer look at Caitlyn's Nemesis and the possibilities of Vi's Sister, we must first come up with a thesis or some kind of hypothesis.

Hypothesis: C is actually someone who has not worked closely alongside Jinx or Vi (before she turned into a snitch a cop). Vi's Lore and Backstory can prove that Jinx is Vi's Sister. (This is just a base hypothesis for an argument and may or may not be my viewpoint)

Caitlyn's Evidence

1. "Her services were soon requested by Demacia to help track down a mysterious outlaw who had begun committing high-profile heists."

• Well, if the mysterious "C" most likely couldn't be the person behind Caitlyn's Father's mugging because if the mugging happened in Piltover, the same person could not be in Demacia unless they were the leader of an organization that controlled crime throughout both cities.

2. "Caitlyn quickly gained notoriety, both because she was single handedly defeating crime in Piltover and also because she soon developed into a ravishing beauty." So you mean to tell me that a pack of thugs couldn't kill a 14-year old girl. Seems Legit. Also, Caitlyn isn't attractive especially after that cheap reskin Rito gave her. ☐ rekt ☐ not rekt ☑ REK'SAI However, an argument can be made for Cait's other skins.
3. "At first, her parents did their best to discourage her from such risky hobbies, but she was incorrigible." *I'm pretty sure if my parents are a wealthy statesman and a hextech pioneer, Piltover would be alright with corporal punishment in my household. Lack of discipline? Nah. JK. But the parents are just bad for allowing a 14-year old girl handling a rifle.

Vi's Evidence

2. "You look like your sister! Wait I'm not supposed to talk about that..." -The Shopkeeper in The Howling Abyss Well maybe there can be an argument here that Vi isn't related to Jinx
3. Vi and Jinx look like they were orphaned. Maybe they grew up together...?
4. "As a child growing up in the lawless outskirts of Piltover, Vi learned to rob and cheat to get by. Stealing and stripping hextech hardware gave her the skills of a master mechanic, while life on the streets taught her self-reliance." Is it weird that Jinx has those exact same skill sets? She doesn't just go out and buy the weapons she has... In the Get Jinxed! Video, we see that Jinx has the potential to tinker around with weapons and what not as she tinkers around with a hand grenade and fights a ton of robots with a pistol that shoots electricity.
5. "Always just out of the law's reach, Jinx's favorite game is to toy with Piltover's finest - especially Vi." Well she doesn't pay nearly enough attention to Caitlyn as she does to Vi accept calling Cait nicknames. There is a relation between the two though, maybe not sisters but gang-members?

That's all the evidence I can come up with. (Evidence that is reliable.) PLOT TWIST: What if Caitlyn had a multi-personality disorder that allowed her to be a criminal and a cop at the same time? What is C = Caitlyn? C = 100 100/3 = 3.3333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333... Half-Life 3 Confirmed.
