Arclight Karthus (No images, only idea!)

I think Arclight Karthus would be really nice skin. Why I want this skin:

has really, really amazing visual and abilities' particles.
The yellow particles really fit him.
His original voice is so deep and can be even deeper and better like the Arclight Vel'Koz skin.

This skin would be so amazing.

(Maybe I'm not the first one giving this idea, sorry if someone has posted it before.)

Dude... I have an issue with this. If you haven't noticed (you might not have because it's not obvious), the 3 champions who have Arclight skins, all have 3-stacking abilities of sorts and all start with "V". Varus - w is 3-stacking, Vayne - W is 3-stacking, Vel'koz - Passive is 3 stacking. Therefore the next logical champion for an Arclight skin would be , sorry!

With long wavy hair and a beautiful human appearance? Would be a nice twist -
