[Marksman Concept] Jarikko, The Noxian Devestator

Jarikko, The Noxian Devastator This is a concept for my inspired champion, Jarikko. Now, before we get started with the whole abilities and everything I just wanna say this. I came up with the name Jarikko because in my mind the name means in my opinion, destruction and conquering enemies, or something like that... yep, pretty close I guess :D

Formally a Noxian soldier, Jarikko rebelled the harsh place finding his own ways in his path by having the desire to become a deadly soldier. Now living in the wastelands of Noxus, Jarikko hides his own identity thief to immensely destroy everything in his path for his sacred revenge. "You must look both ways, keep your head straight, and don't look back to your grateful past" - Jarikko

Abilities: Passive - Second Blow When Jarikko is about to die, he is pinned down and bleeds out, but hes not dead yet having five extra bullets (Skill-Shot) to fire with his maverick pistol at enemies dealing damage and slowing them down. If Jarikko kills the enemy or gets assisted, he comes back to alive with half-health. Active Passive- Envy: Jarikko becomes furious when enemies aren't dead in his sacred path, gaining extra movement speed for 3.0 seconds. Active Passive- Unforgiven Pain: Jarikko gets tolerant when enemies are not bleeding, gaining extra attack speed.

Q - Rapid Fire (Skill-Shot) Fires five bullets at a time in a straight line dealing damage overtime to enemies. Active Passive- Immersive Take-Down: Fires five bullets at a time slowing enemies down, but the last bullet knocks-out an enemy, stunning it in his path for 1.5 seconds. Active Passive- Fury Bullets: Fires five bullets at a time igniting enemies for 2.0 seconds at a time.

W - Cynosure Accuracy (Point and Click) Jarikko aims at all enemies in a row with his scope, firing bullets at all enemies targeted from a far distance dealing damage and also having vision from his perspective path. Active Passive- Locked Target: Jarikko locks on a target all at once firing all of his bullets from a far distance at that enemy dealing extra damage and having perspective vision in his path.

E - Forceful Retreat (Point and Click) Jarikko leaps backwards backing out of the fight, but also gains attack-range with his auto-attacks and extra attack-range for his Cynosure Accuracy for 5 seconds. Active Passive- Forward Position: Leaps forward at enemies gaining extra movement speed for 4.5 seconds.

R - Devastated Missile Jarikko fires a missile into the ground hovering towards the location, dealing damage to enemies in that area knocking them up for 2.5 seconds or knocking them back based on the area's radius effect. (Radius: 450) Yellow Zone: When enemies are hit in this area, they are knocked back. (Radius: 250) Orange Zone: When enemies are hit in this area, they are knocked forward. (Radius: 100) Red Zone: When a single enemy is hit in this area, it is knocked up for 3.5 seconds. (Radius: 50) Active Passive- Short-Fuse Missile: Fires a missile hovering towards the location at a fast-paced time, which also has worst harsh conditions stunning enemies after their knocked up or knocked back for 2.0 seconds. Gj! I would think that his passive would only trigger if he is dead, kinda like Karthus passive, he would have a limited amount of time to fire the shots.

did his passive say "borderlands" ?

some suggestions:

Passive: is overloaded

  • keep just the revive effect, first active moved to W.

Q

  • make the first effect take place if the target has more than 50% HP and the second if the target has less than 49%

W

  • channels for 0.5 seconds and fires a bullet that deals 60/80/100/120/140 (+120% AD) to his target and reveals it, after that he gains 50/60/70 % movement speed while moving to his target for 3.5 seconds, if the target is left with less than 20% HP, Jarikko gains extra 15% movement speed.

E

this confuses me, you describe an effect but then an exact opposite one, i'll consider the first affect.

  • Leaps backwards (400 range), then, his next attack within the next 3 seconds gains 500 range and deals 8/10/12% more damage

R looks interesting and requires good targeting.
