Create a wishlist system for the store

I'm surprised that this isn't a feature in the game yet seeing as we're starting our 6th year now, but has Riot ever looked into adding wishlists to the skin/champion shop? It would be really nice to be able to mark skins to be purchased later, or so your friends can know what you want and they can gift it to you. Similar to Steam's wishlist system, you could get a little pop-up notification telling you when a skin goes on sale, or if it were a limited availability skin like Harrowing or Snowdown skins then you'd be notified that it's currently available for purchase. (email notifications would also be nice in addition to the pop-ups, with the option to opt-out of email of course)

This does bring up some questions, like how do we regulate which skins are available to be marked on the wishlist (since some legacy skins don't come back for sale) but even so I don't think that should stop us from having this feature. It could be really useful!
