[CLIENT] Chroma Packs not working in Team Builder Mode

I've purchased the Garen Noble and Pool Party Leona Dawn Chroma packs, and have used them with no issue until now. There doesn't appear to be any option to use these skins if you are playing Team Builder mode, because normally you'd just click on the main skin (Garen classic or Pool Party Leona) and then there's an option below to select either the original or one of the three Chromas. I've got screenshots attached showing the Champ/Skin select for Blind pick and Draft Pick, though as I said it's working fine in all other game modes besides Team Builder.

I'm not sure if it's just me having this problem, but I didn't see any other posts about it so I thought I'd ask.
