Summoner's Defense Attorney Service

Riot,

Allow that players be able to purchase attorneys who can extend loss protection/revoke queue dodges based on information from matches or during champion selection.

These attorneys are part of the Riot staff who are tasked with reviewing cases. Individual player information is hidden. Attorneys do not choose which cases to review.

They have powers restricted to

• Revoke punishment (Queue dodging)
• Prevent loss (Match lost)
• Allow Penalty

An attorney will personally analyze

Queue dodging bans

• to see if the automated punishment was necessary and if it can be reverted (bans above 3 minutes)
• to verify whether the defendant was trolling queues or acting in self-defense

Loss Prevention

• there was a missing player in defendant's match
• there was an active troll(s) in defendant's match

For this to work

A player purchases attorney services in the store. Attorneys are sold in bundles of 3, 5, 10, 20, & 50. An attorney might allow punishment to pass if the defendant is not following the Summoner's code.

A player may consume one of his defense attorneys before leaving a queue by checking the box "I need my attorney". A player may consume one of his defense attorneys at the end of a loss by checking the box "I need my attorney". Players who do not have any attorneys left must purchase more before attempting to request Attorney Services.

Whether attorneys should be restricted to Ranked matches or available to all games modes is up to Riot.
