[Game Mode] Traits, TRAITS EvERYWHERE!

Just an idea, that I thought would be a neat Idea for League to have in a game mode that would change the way you truly play a champion.

At Lv.1 - 4 - 12 -16

You can tack on a PASSIVE another champion has onto the champion you are currently playing. Even Passives on ABILITIES. But they would have to statistical passives that can be worked in without breaking the game so to speak. Like You can't use Gnar's passive since it's kinda hard to make EVERY champion suddenly bigger and tankier. But things Like Morgana's Passive, Akali Passive, Zed's Passive, and things of that sort can be taken and used on any champion that takes it. Even Tahm Kench's Passive that could be taken on Bruisers and Tanks. (OH THE DAMAGE)

What I think it would introduce is alot of theory crafting and downright mayham, with tons of fun of just having super champions really.
