Primary Role: Support Secondary Role: Fighter

HEALTH 610 – 1980 HEALTH REGEN. 4.5 – 12.4 MANA 430 – 1050 MANA REGEN.4.0 – 12.6 RANGED 125 ATTACK DAMAGE 56 – 110 ATTACK SPEED [*] 0.61 (+0% – 13.0%) ARMOR 29.0 – 102.0 MAGIC RES. 30.0 MOV. SPEED 350

Suggested items:

Support Essentials: Relic Shield/Spellthief’s Blade, Sight stone, Ninja Tabi Offensive: Zeke’s Herald (Post Rework), Iceborn Gauntlet, Liandry's Torment Defensive: Frozen Heart, Randuin’s Omen, Spirit Visage

Passive: Black and White: Whenever Winston uses an ability or blocks a skillshot with Imagine, the ability spawns either ‘ink’ or ‘paper’ nearby. Picking up ‘ink’ will restore his health for a small amount, and picking up ‘paper’ will give him a small amount of additional, permanent defense. Enemies can destroy either by standing on them for a brief moment.

Upon using an ability or blocking a skillshot with ‘Imagine’ there a 70% chance of an Ink Puddle appearing and 30% chance of a Paper Scrap.

Ink Puddles: Heals 25 + (3 * Level) Health.

Paper Scrap: Adds 0.3 armor to Winston’s maximum Armor.

These Numbers are the ones I am least sure on, let me know if this would be too weak or too strong. Thanks.

Q: Lasso: Winston roots himself briefly and casts out a Lasso, interrupting and snaring the first enemy it hits. If the enemy is below 50% health, it will instead pull the enemy to Winston after which they are snared for the same duration.

Q Passive: Pop-gun: Winston mimes a gun and fires at an enemy, gaining 500 (625 total) range for an auto attack and dealing an additional 15 + (10% AP) + (10% Armor) bonus magic damage every 12/10/8/6 seconds at levels 1/6/11/16. The cooldown is reduced by 1 second for each skill shot blocked by ‘Imagine’. This attack applies melee on hit effects and triggers ‘Black and White’.

Range: 900 - Cost: 40 mana - Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 - Magic Damage: 50/90/130/170/210 (+40% AP) (+30% Armor) - Root: 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds

W: Imagine: Imagine operates on an ammo system, allowing for multiple to be up at a time. Winston puts up his hands and creates a small, impassible wall in front of him. Skill shots attempting to go through the wall front of the wall will be converted into ‘ink’ and ‘paper’ on the other side. The wall fades either after a few seconds, the time reduced by 1 second with each blocked skill shot.

Range: 800 - Cost: 75 mana - Cooldown: 0.5 seconds (Static) - Charge Cooldown: 20/17/14/11/8 - Charges carriable: 2 + 1 x (Strange Weather Rank) - Wall Length: 400/450/500/550/600 - Wall duration 3/4/5/6/7.

E: Hot lava!!: Winston causes a small path of the ground to become lava, dealing percentage damage each second an enemy stands on it. Enemy continue to be damaged after leaving the lava for a few seconds. If Winston walks over the lava affected area, he gains a significant movement speed boost and can perform a dash if he walked the full length of the lava (calculated by time spent on the lava) The lava fades after 4 seconds.

*(Think Kog’Maw’s ‘Void Ooze!) Range: 1100, 300 width - Cost: 40/50/60/70/80 mana - Cooldown: 11/10/9/8/7/6- Magic Damage: 2/3/4/5/6% max health per second + (1% per 100 AP)

R: Strange Weather: After channeling for a second, Winston causes a Grand Piano to fall anywhere on the map, dealing significant damage to those it lands on or near. If it lands directly on top of a target, that target is stunned. If it lands near an enemy, that target is slowed.

Range: Global - Cost: 80/90/100 Mana - Cooldown: 120/100/80 - Magic Damage: 300/450/600 (+60% AP) - Slow: 20/30/40% for 3 seconds / Stun: 1/1.5/2 Seconds

Lore:

The room was dim, despite the numerous light fixtures. It was all lights, in fact -- lights pointed at metal instruments, lights pointed at bags of blood, lights blasting me in the face, jeering at the dark circles and graying temples. Lights pointed at my son, a tiny, still thing, smaller than the pillow that was propping him up. Fingers thinner than the markers he was drawing with. He looked up at me, blurry, green eyes still recognizing who I was. This was the last day they’d be able to do so. “Papa?” His voice had once been the sound of bells to me: Ringing loud and bright early in the morning, waking my wife and I to another day of work and play. The bells had rusted and dented since then. Since the illness set on. “Yes, son?” “I’m dying, aren’t I?” I could hear the methodical, mechanical noise of a respirator breathing for my son, my own breath stopped short by his question. I wanted to pretend that I had misheard him through the mask, his white, white lips mistaken. His morphine drip did not ease my pain, only his. “No, sweetie. No, of course not.” “Can we play again soon then?” I bit hard on my tongue and closed my eyes, nodding dumbly. I turned away and swallowed the lump in my throat, pushing out a few, silent tears that he wouldn’t get to see. I’d never show them to him, never. Because then he’d know. He’d know my lie. “Keep drawing, sweetie. Mom is coming by later to see you.” He didn’t say anything, the hollow rasp of his artificial lungs going ever on. Had I lied? Can the mind, preserved, be considered alive? She came sooner than I expected: The clicking of heels, airy swoosh of a lab coat, quiet, pointed words spoken out of black painted lips. “Henry -- you’re not supposed to be here.” I looked over at her, standing in the doorway. It had opened with a sucking noise, this whole room vaccum sealed off for protection of the non-inoculated. I drew near to her and accepted a stiff hug. “I couldn’t let you operate before seeing him one last time.” Her grasp tightened around my shoulders, and I felt something biting into my skin: A diamond ring. Sometimes present, sometimes not. “You have to go now. I don’t know how long it will take, but I can’t concentrate on it without you here.” I drew back and stared into her face, her glasses mirroring my own, sorry looking reflection. I watched a black kiss mark appear on my cheek in the tiny mirrors and she pushed me gently out the door. A pair of plastic covered men walked past me, air tanks on their back and equipment in their arms. They entered the airlock, and it sealed with a gasping breath. I stepped over empty bottles of liquor in the dark hallway, stumbling until my hands found the intercom. “Mommy’s going to put you to bed now, Son. When you wake up --” The intercom crackled angrily back at me: “Henry!! Please. Just -- go.” Her voice was trying to be mad, but I knew it too well. Underneath the jagged notes was a sob, something soft and vulnerable trying to defend itself. A dying animal’s last protest. “Mommy’s going to put you to bed now, Son.” I whispered, slumping down the wall. The empty hallway said nothing back, the light at the end making odd, writhing shapes as I blinked through more tears. “When you wake up, we won’t be with you. But, you’ll be with Winston, and he’ll take care of you. He always has before.”

I'm not sure having a literal disney-esque cartoon is a good idea as a champion. Not to mention that nothing Winston has, outside of his aesthetic is unique.
