Idea for Rare Skin One Game Boosts

Okay, so with the new client showing all the skins available for a champion regardless of ownership in the loadout screen, we've all seen things like Black Alistar, UFO Corki, PAX Twisted Fate, Urf the Manatee, King Rammus, etc etc. All of these are such awesome skins, but we can't use them for two reasons: 1. They are too rare and cost significant amounts of money to buy and 2. the people who own them from the beginning would be beyond upset if they were resold.

Solution? The ability to pay, in any game mode, 99 RP for the most rare skins to be used ONLY for that one game. If a game is remade, the money is refunded since it isn't seven minutes or longer.

You don't get to keep the skin, but you can play the skins you always wanted to for a game or so. Every game you want it is 99 RP or whatever you deem to be a good price, and it would count for all the ultra rares and betas. Anything is eligible, people are happy playing as that rare skin they only dreamed of, and Riot makes money because the skin never actually gets sold but temporarily rented for one single game.

I mean I'd blow 10-20 bucks a month just to use PAX TF, UFO Corki, Black Alistar and URF. I know a lot of people who would do the same, so for Riot it is win-win. Discussions?
