This is the true picture of Brad that I believe is the best fitting of him. He's obviously a car thief and his name is Brad, (Bard is a typo) and he isn't the Wandering Care Taker, Care is a typo of Car. Brad steals cars with the help of his conning little Meeps. Plz believe me this is the real Brad caught in the act.
Several eye witnesses reports have stated when Brad takes you on a magical journey, you wake up with your keys missing, identity stolen, and a kidney shaped scar on your back.
Soooo...basically if Riot ever made a GTA clone, it would star Brad?
I think it is rather obvious this is what Riot intended, but after they noticed the typo in their first annoncement they were like "FK...let's just go with it so they don't think we messed up" and changed his abilities.
