NA Server DC's Mid Game w/ Video Proof and Result of Game. No Loss Prevented. (Video Uploading)

There was a clear DC, I started recording on the second time we had a long DC, I was in a queue with 2 others who were also kicked from servers. The 2 (ADC and Support) live in Colorado, and I am in Arizona. The DC only affected us 3 apparently. The client was bugged after that (Lee Sin and Lucian seen as "Level 1"). The video attached is the remainder of the game and how it played out, there was no loss prevented and I lost the full 20LP. It was a major setback and it seems unreasonable to not provide a loss prevented. The thing is however, these weren't just regular AFKs, this had nothing to do with the players ability to play, in the video I (am) posting, I tried all I could to get back into the game, and I went straight back into fighting as soon as it let me in. Note The quick laggy frames during the DC portion is due to NVIDIA screen recorder skipping over some segments because I Alt-Tab'd to check reddit and riots website. The timer in the top right will tell you how long of time has elapsed.
