The OP-ness of this is too frickin' high.

I'd never thought I'd say this, but this kit design might be stepping a bit too much on Gangplank's toes.

His passive is basically GP's Q with no mana cost and a much lower CD. The only thing missing is the auto attack reset function of parrrley, which is picked up by Alvarez's Q.

His W is a stronger version of GP's CC clear, without the heal.

His E is somewhat similar in function to GP's passive--a stacking on hit effect. Speeds him up instead of slowing them down, and gives the damage immediately instead of applying a DoT. Additionally rewards bonus attack speed. So there are some clear differences, but it has a similar play pattern--it makes him a scaling threat the longer you fight him, and prevents enemies from escaping if they commit too long to the trade.

The only ability that majorly differs from GP's kit is the ult.

You have some cool ideas, but they might overlap a bit too much with the pirate. Honestly, some of these mechanics would be good for GP's rework. I know that, among other things, Riot wants to focus his W on CC clear while reducing the massive sustain it gives him in lane. And I wouldn't be surprised if they changed GP's E into a self-steroid, since they want to focus his strengths a bit more and trim down on his invisible power.
