what if we had an defensive MR item that gave grievous wounds to who ever hit you with an ability ?

stats maybe 300 hp + 75 mr and the passive is everytime you get hit by a spell the attacker gets grievous wounds for 3 secs
2800 combine cost. which would be in line with 
(both cost 2800) this item would not provide cdr or hp regen.
and the cost would be along the lines of thornmail which is a defensive item that grants grievous wounds
but there should be a generic item that you build that would provide grievous wounds that is core on all grievous wounds items.
maybe something similar to 
for similar cost but this dont give the aoe damage that bami does instead if gives grievous wounds passives
we have 
for thronmail and 
for last whisper items
maybe need to have a core item grievous wounds item that builds from ap and from mr ?
