GAMEPLAY:

Secondary Bar: Mana

Secondary Attributes: Melee (125 Range)

Style: Abilities (completely)

Role: allrounder (see 'Strategy')

Difficulty: 2/3 (need to land skillshots, finds full potential only when grouped)

General stats: Damage: 2/3 Toughness: 2/3 Control: 2/3 Mobility: 1/3 Utility: 0/3

Exact stats: see Kayle's stats (her role is kind of similar I think so it would be fitting to have similar stats. Also, I don't think it will help by any means if I make some up myself)

Abilities:

**P (Universal Skill): ** Innate: All of Dogan's damage, healing and CC duration is increased by 5%

**Q (Axe Throw): ** Active: After 0,5 seconds, Dogan throws his axe and spins it, dealing 50/100/150/200/250 (+200% AD) physical damage to all enemies hit (Hitbox is kind of like Xerath Q / Olaf Q) Target Range: 1000, Width: 100, Cost: 100 Mana, Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds, Speed: 1550

W (Ripped Shield): Active: Dogan shields himself with the help of his body for 5/10/15/20/25 (+0.5% Max HP) % of all damage taken in the last 3 seconds for 3 seconds. Cost: 80/90/100/110/120 Mana, Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds

E (Cosmic Zap): Active: Upon channeling for 0,5 seconds, Dogan got his staff loaded and unleashes a bit of runic power to stun all enemies in a circle for 1 (+0.2% AP) seconds. (Hitbox is kind of like Xerath W / Brand W) Target Range: 750, Effect Radius: 100, Cost: 60/80/100/120/140 Mana, Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds

R (Hazardous Substitution): Dogan picks an enemy champion as a target and starts to channel. After 2 seconds, the channel is complete and Dogan and the enemy switch places. Also, all of his basic abilities are put off cooldown. Target Range: Global (doesn't need to be in Vision), Effect Radius: Global, Cost: 100 Mana, Cooldown: 150/120/90

Strategy: Dogan is an allrounder with a lot of midgame potential, as he will be able to be either a damage-dealer, a tank or a support, depending on his first maxed ability. In the lategame, he still provides damage, utility, and tankiness, but now all at once. His ult can be used to enter teamfights or to backdoor. Before maxing an ability, look at your team and try to complete it with the fitting ability.

Build: Depending on which role you go in, you should either buy AD and Armor Penetration Items (The Bloodthirster, Death's Dance, Ravenous Hydra, Duskblade, Youmuu's Ghostblade, Edge of Night), Health Items (Warmog's Armor, Frozen Mallet, Titanic Hydra, Spirit Visage, Sterak's Gage, Sunfire Cape, Dead Man's Plate) or AP Items (Spellbinder, Rabadon's Deathcap, Rylai's Crystal Scepter, Luden's Echo).

LORE:

**Name: ** Dogan, the Identityless Mercenary

Appearance: A skinny guy with an axe, a shield, and a staff. One of these is always on his back while the other two are in his hands. Has stolen demacian armor that protects him from magic as well as physical attacks.

Location: Noxus

Affiliated Champions: Garen (Dogan stole armor from Garen's brother in a glorious battle, this is something more personal) Swain (Dogan killed for him in the past, not anymore, Swain, event though not having anything personal, hates people who flee from the army)

Lore: Once being a soldier in the Noxian army, Dogan is well-trained in both magic and physical fighting. But his urge for freedom was, what led him to flee from the troops and instead be a mercenary. He was successful, but not for long: soon he realized, that he would still kill daily for the gain of others, with himself still having absolutely no independence. As he couldn't return to the army and lost all hope to be ever free, he accepted his fate and continued as that: a mercenary. With always switching leaders and being able to easily get replaced, he fulfilled nearly every role he had to. While staying in the Noxian army would have meant to be a robot, this meant to be a soldier without free will, decisions or way to express his identity.

I would love to hear your thoughts!
