Chroma's for Legacy/Promo Skins?
@riot Will Chroma packs be made for skins like Medieval Twitch, or The Riot and Championship Skins, but only with Available to those who own those skins?

To answer your question the best way i can from the answers of riot and how corona packs work I would say they won't be able to do that since they make the chrona a bundle with that certain skin or champions so I don't think they will do it for a while.

That's like ALL Chromas though. You have to own the champion or skin in order to then (currently) buy the Chroma and have it active. They probably plan to make plenty of them even for skins that aren't in the store 24/7 or at all but it will take some time.
