Karthus Voice over bug

Karthus' Voice Over is not playing whatsoever, I have no video, but I can tell you right now, Karthus doesn't have any VO, not on his normal skins or Pentakill

yh i can hear his voice to. even on the Reaper skin is muted or bugged idk

Confirming that I also have this bug where Karthus lacks his voice over and sounds on emotes. The lack of voice over sucks a lot of flavor out of the game.
