New skin idea: Urgoat

Since the last Urgot skin was released in 2012, I have the feeling rito needed some help on this one. Urgot is a unique, special champ and needs dedication and commitment when it comes to skin ideas, I mean how many skins fit into the "4-legged bile man" category? I mean I guess arclight, but no, I have a better idea: Urgoat!

The concept art took 8-9 hours, the goat head was pretty difficult to marquee onto there in MSPaint, I'd share my techniques but this is about skins, not my artistic expertise. Unfortunately, I'm no 3D modeler or I'd have done the footwork there as well by designing him in 3D so you'll have to just use your imagination to see what he'd be like in game. I promise you though, it'd be amazing.
