Solution for Doran's Items

One of the smaller nuisances in league is that the doran's items build into nothing. They are made perfectly for early game, and it makes sense why people even build two. Even so, before 10 minutes after you've backed with at least 1k gold, players may have filled half their item slots and two are taking up dead space. (Doran, Doran, Boots [potions are consumable, and there is nothing wrong with them])

I thought it would be better to maybe even make these items that we consistently buy merge builds with boots, especially because the latter is an obligation... except for Cassio. Though she has her own 6th item slot entirely.

You were never really forced to buy multiple dorans, but having them become a part of like a T3 Boots would be more convenient. You don't really need to give more movement speed, since that is why RIOT took off enchantments. I don't want to add back into the pool of mobility creep, (Although I did believe that Furor had it's own right as an important enchantment. In essence it was only for the scenario of "in-combat", and the ADC role is MEANT TO KITE. Though it's not like they just took out berserker's greaves, or IE. So no real harm was done.)

I could also propose that the Doran's items take on the effects of cull mixed with Eleisa's Miracle where the stats become permanent at 100 cs. I doubt we'd see a meta shift, since 100 cs should be easy and supports don't/won't buy them. Also, if you're farming hard for just 80hp, and a tad of ap or ad you might need to worry about the opposing laner who has free ground to do as they please. I doubt you'd be able get away with Afk farming like you are Nasus. Most of the time, you don't even have the sustain. Hopefully this at least gives a solution to our beloved Dorans.

Also, it would be nice if Doran's shield gave a flat 2% damage reduction. The passive on it is already calculated before resists, The scaling of that Doran's is practically non existant and gets NO LOVE.

Dorans' items are really stat-heavy. Compare the stats granted by Doran's Blade item 1055 (+8 AD, +80 HP, +3 Lifesteal) and its cost (450 gold) to the stats of a Longsword (+10 AD, 350 gold) and a Ruby Crystal (+150 HP, 400 gold) and Vampiric Scepter (+15 AD, +10% Lifesteal, 900 gold).

Their balancing factor is that they DON'T build into anything else; you delay your build in exchange for the early game power and sustain.
