Champ Concept: Blaster Blade, the Shining Knight

Lore: An elite knight of the standing army, the "Royal Paladins" of the "United Sanctuary's" Holy Nation. He is a close friend and confidant to the great King of Knights, Alfred. Capable of drawing out the full potential of his powers using the sword-type weapon "Blaster Blade", which can turn "courage" into "power", and being only one of the knights that is capable of doing so, he shares the name of the weapon he carries.

Abilities

Passive: One man Stand: For each slain ally, your armor and ad increases by 5%. Gives an additional 10% if all allies are slain, and one more 5% if you are at half health or lower.

Q: Arc slash. (9/8/7/6/5 second cooldown)

Blaster Blade swings his sword in an arc, dealing damage equal to 4/5/6/7/10% of the current health of all enemies hit.

W: Hero's courage (10 second cooldown at all ranks)

Passive: Blaster Blade gains 1% increased ad for each 1% of health he's missing. Active: Blaster Blade, for 5 seconds, gains .5% increased ad for each 1% of health he's missing.

E: To your side (10 second cooldown at all ranks)

Active: Blaster Blade powers up for 5 seconds, and at the end leaps to either an ally or an enemy. If he leaps to an ally, he gives them a shield equal to 10/20/30% of their max health. If he leaps to an enemy, he deals physical damage that scales with ad.

R: Exculpate (90/80/70 second cooldown)

Blaster Blade unleashes the power of light, vanquishing all darkness around him. He unleashes, in a line in front of him, a barrage of magical strikes, dealing damage that scales with 50% of your ad and 30% of your ap.
