Its time for another Bard Skin. It really is. [Concepts Inside]

Jazz Player Bard of course is a easy idea. Musical notes for meeps, his chimes could be a instrument or beverage, his Q a wave of musical notes, his W a glowy energy that beats with music and gets stronger and stronger beats. His E has alot of ideas.

Reverse Bard would be GREAT! He is a meep, his meeps are bards, and his chimes could be just upside down or something.

Blood Moon Bard could be a cool sinister look. Of course a Blood Moon mask, some demonic horns, and the like. Usual Blood Moon particles, his W could be a Ionian fire lantern that lights up. His portal could be some dark portal with symbols similar to that of Blood Moon yasuo. Meep and Chimes could be real cool, little demonic spirits and wisps for the chimes maybe.

Spooky Bard! His meeps are little meeps dresses as ghosts, his chimes as candy, his mask a spooky mask, his Q just new particles, his W could be candy, his E just new effects, etc.

He has dragons for meeps and he either collects them or coals around the map. His auto attack is red, for fire like animation, and the more coal you get the more powerful your fire attacks AA

You guys got any ideas? I think Bard is a great champion for skins just based on his base particles and could use another soon!
