Champion Concept #15 (Ralph the Christmas Elf)
Link for #16 Lore- Ralph was kicked out of Santa's factory for making toys that were to unsafe. Ralph made some seriously unsafe toys, one resulted in Santa having to rebuild his factory in the south pole. Countless elves fled in terror.
Ralph- "Whoa Whoa, hold on a minute, my toys may not come with seat belts, but they're cool, I mean what kind of kid wouldn't want a rideable dragon that can actually fly and breath fire. Anyways it's not like I don't fix the dangerous stuff later, now it does have a seat belt"
Well after Ralph got fired he found work as a weapons manufacturer for a group of thieves. The thieves used a bunch of Ralph's corrosive goo.
Ralph- "Hey wait a minute they said those were going to a charity for poor families, not only is corrosive goo fun to play with it can also remove tough stains and steel enforced walls"
Now Ralph runs a toy making company, with toys that are mostly used as weapons.
Role- Mage/ Support
Basic- When basic attacking you periodically release slow moving projectiles that explode and do area effect. The only basic attack were champions can out run your projectiles, but they are relentless and will follow there target wherever they go. Other champions and minions can get in the way and take the damage for the original target. If target dies before your projectiles reach them then your projectiles will target the nearest enemy minion, ward or pet.
Passive- Doom Manufacturing Starts game at 0/2. The number on the left is how many razor tops in play. The number on the right is the max number there can be in play. The number on the right goes up by one every time you vanquish a champion. You have a field with a very large range that you can only see if you hover over your passive, if a top leaves this range it falls apart.
Q- Razor Top Fires a razor top projectile Razor tops will ricochet of walls, enemies, and neutral monsters. The direction these tops bounce is for the most part random. Razor tops can bounce 7 instances before falling apart.
W- Wind If tops are not outside of your passives range but aren't to close to you either than when you use this ability all top's in that outer ring of influence take the shortest path toward Ralph. If the tops make it back without being destroyed then Ralph winds the tops up again and releases them. This resets there bounce counters back to 0.
E- Magnetic Top Only 1 can exist at a time This top does not add to the passives counter Magnetic tops don't bounce and can pass through other enemies to reach its intended target. This top is effected by the passives range and will fall apart when outside of it This top ignores W This top falls apart once it hits its intended target When chasing down a target these tops will ramp up in speed the longer they are in pursuit This top has a magnetic aura that makes razor tops that enter its range follow the magnetic top Unlike the magnetic tops, razor tops do not pass through enemies and will likely deal damage and bounce of enemies in the way leaving your magnetic tops aura.
R- Overproduction Lasts 15 seconds. Your passives counter on the right gets tripled. All instances of your tops bouncing splits the tops into 3, doesn't split if max number has bin achieved. The 2 additional tops formed from a top bouncing have fresh counters of 0. After your time is up all tops in play fall apart.
