Obviously greater minds then mine would probably be able to balance it out but, remove all towers and where the nexus is place a flag.
base would have permanent pink wards
flag carrier would probably have to be limited somehow
minions still spawn for cs and ex but obviously with no tower to protect you the meta would go out the door
I think it's a good idea because capture the flag is a really fun game in general, but would be really hard to fit it into League.

the problem with this is that people would pick champions with the most mobility to get the flag, it is way to unbalanced and just wouldn't fit this genre
Yes it wouldn't ever be balanced like regular competitive sr pvp. But I think it would still be as balanced as aram is. Some champions would be good at getting the flag like shaco or yi but others like mages oriana or anivia would be good defenders with all their cc malphitebwould be amazing at getting the flag back....
