I admire it! I'm hoping it happens in some form. I don't play her, but still nice. The only other person who could have a Phoenix type skin would be Azir I guess. Which could be pretty cool.
Im really shocked Riot hasnt gone for this low-hanging gem. Its a really easy theme change that would look badass

riot stated many times they don't wanna do a pheonix anivia skin
reasons:
- too simple
- anivia's W would be really awkard since it would be a wall of fire and you expect to go throught it + do dmg to you and it is not the case
- 1
she is a cryopheonix. going back to pheonix would be like drawing 
as a Devil.
Just make it a ho oh skin solid gold wall the rest all fire
Also dragon aniva skin
the whole point of anivia is a CRYOPHEONIX... aka they made her so we wouldnt think of fire...
Cyrophoenix is what Riot did to be different guys.

maybe it could be something like frostfire annie's skin
