Master Yi's skins

a Beta champion, with 6 skins, none of which have become Retired, Made Legacy, Limited or anything of that nature, while EVERY other champion now (because of the Heist update) from the Beta, has at least 1 Retired, Legacy, Limited skin, Riot, please why is he such a special little noodle?
