Possible Skins for Bard, Ziggs, and Zilean

Basketball Bard where he throws basketballs with his meep empowered auto attacks (like how he throws/collects penguins in Snow Day Bard). Also throws basketballs with his Q. His W turns into a water cooler or a Gatorade cooler after it's sat for the 10 seconds. His ult blows a whistle like you're calling timeout. No idea for E yet (possibly have it like when teams exit the locker room and run through a banner). Ziggs and Zilean should get Sharpshooter skins to go with the Dunkmaster skins since they both could look like they're shooting their bombs from downtown. As a Bard main though, I REALLY would love to see the Basketball Bard skin. I have all his skins and plan on getting all the others. He is the best champ created. Bard mains lets get this to happen!
