[Champ Concept] Gregor, The Deep Sea Fisherman

Concept Instead of having a mix of damage and attack speed, Gregor trades in the speed portion(lets say, 0.3 base attack speed) for ridiculous damage. His base health will be slightly higher than normal, giving him some flexibility. His high damage will let him regen quite a bit from life steal, so you could build him tanky to let him get a bit closer to combat. As a marksman, he'll have slightly more survivability and will be able to safely fire his slow, but powerful harpoons from afar using the range bonus from his W.

Lore Unlike most of the other sea men of Bilgewater, Gregor did honest work; he was a fisherman by trade. Nonetheless, he's well-respected by the citizens of the town, since his work was as risky as their own. Every so often, a dangerous sea creature would appear in the waters and sink the ships of some of the most notorious pirates. Gregor's job was to hunt those beasts down before they did damage by sailing out on his rickety craft and, armed with a variety of tools, to take them down. Though he had never failed, there was one that always managed to elude him: A massive dragon-shark, unmissable, yet uncatchable.

One day, confined to his bed by illness, he had caught wind of surprising news. The mischievous fish-boy, who was causing trouble throughout the town, had managed to slay the ugly fish with his wits. Once Gregor had recovered, he sought the boy out, hoping that he'd be able to learn more about the creatures he was hunting. Unfortunately, much like the dragon-shark, he could never find him. But Gregor was given a tip: there was a chance they could meet on the Fields of Justice. And so, bringing his reliable harpoon-gun with him, headed off to the League of Legends.

Abilities Passive - Harpoon Gun

Gregor carries a harpoon gun, increasing bonus attack damage while decreasing bonus attack speed.

Q - Bident

Gregor loads a bident into his harpoon gun, causing his next basic attack to deal slightly more damage and root the target in place for .7 seconds.

W - Take Aim!

Gregor's focus increases, passively increasing auto-attack range by 10/18/26/34/42 and, after short delay upon being activated, critical chance by 10/15/20/25/30%.

E - Rope Shot

Shooting out a harpoon with a rope attached to it, Gregor pulls himself to wherever it hits(ground or terrain), dealing damage to units hit by the initial shot and knocking aside units in his path.

R - The Fishermen's Creed

Gregor strengthens his resolve by heartily singing reciting The Fishermen's Creed. While active, his auto-attack range is doubled and the next five basic attacks have 100% crit chance and ignore 25% armor. Toggled, actively draining mana by 7/5/3% max mana/sec.

Appearance Still not quite sure yet, and my drawing skills aren't too good. Maybe he'll have a classic sailor uniform and a damn nice beard.
