Fire Wall, unlocks at lvl 15, cooldown 300 seconds

place a wall of fire that when walked through, ignites opponents for 50-500 true damage depending on lvl, for 3 seconds.

Fear, unlocks at lvl 18, cooldown 200 seconds

fear a target for 3 seconds where they run in opposite direction of caster with reduced movement speed.

Mirage, unlocks at lvl 22, cooldown 200 seconds

create a clone of yourself that you control with puppet keybinding for 3 seconds, best to use while in bush to trick opponents.

Taunt, unlocks at lvl 25, cooldown 300 seconds

taunt an opponent to attack and/or chase you, while also weakened in armor and magic resistance by 25% for 2 seconds.

Confidence, unlocks at lvl 30, cooldown 300 seconds

grant your champ confidence in fighting all comers with reduced received damage by 25%, to full out dodging opponent attacks depending on lvl, for 2 seconds.

Undo, unlocks at lvl 30, cooldown 300 seconds

make yourself invulnerable by any Crowd Control for 2 seconds, but also prevents you from attacking opponents, except minions or jungle creeps. best used to retreat from battle or not allowing counter junglers to ruin your day.

A little critique on these, if I may.

Firewall We already have several champions with effects like this, and it honesty seems like an overpowered Ignite. Up to 500 True damage? Late game, thats nearly 25% of an adc/enchanter's health just gone. Maybe reduce the damage by a LOT and add grievous wounds, and perhaps true sight? But then again, that's similar to giving everyone the ability to use Karthus's wall.

Fear This is, quite literally, Fiddlestick's Q, but with a slow. Useful, yes, but implementing this as a summoner spell would be pointless, in the fact that it may render Fiddlesticks useless/less viable.

Mirage Shaco. Again, quite literally just taking other champion's abilities here and using them as "unique" summoner spells. Taking these abilities and letting all champions use them completely destroys the value of the champs with the original abilities, while also making them insanely busted. Can you imagine a Shaco with 2 CLONES. Which is his ult and which is Mirage?

Taunt Rammus E without the thorns damage. Instead of more attack speed they're more vulnerable. Enough Said.

Confidence Garen's W, different duration.

Undo Zhonya's Hourglass, but you can move and attack non-champions.

I can agree that we could use SOME form of new summoner spell, but we don't really NEED it. I know I sounded a bit rude, but if you really want to make a summoner spell idea, try to double check and make sure champions don't already monopolize on this effect. You've got the creativity, but put it in the right place :3
