An Udyr rework

This is going to be quite long, but the basic idea is to make Udyr's skills flow better while giving him more options in how he approaches a situation. Also, sorry about the names, I couldn't really think of anything else to call them.

P: Monkey's Agility

Passively, Udyr doesn't have an ultimate, instead having 4 basic abilities. Each of these abilities can have up to 5 points put into them, and using an ability locks Udyr's stance for 3 - 10 seconds. This stance lock can be ended early by reactivating the ability used to change stances, providing that at least 3 seconds have elapsed. While stance locked, Udyr's other ability will have changed effects and/or bonuses, but share CDs. I.E. If you use your W while locked in Tiger Stance, switching to Pheonix Stance doesn't reset its CD.
Actively, Udyr gains 1% bonus movement speed and 10% bonus attack speed for 3 - 10 seconds every time he uses an ability, stacking up to 3 times.

Q: Tiger Stance CD: 6 Mana Cost: 45 - 28

Passively, while this stance is locked, every 3rd auto-attack will deal 30/60/90/120/150 + (120/135/150/165/180% AD) over 2 seconds. Actively, using this stance, while not stance locked, locks this stance. Upon activation, Udyr gains 30/35/40/45/50% bonus attack speed for 3 - 10 seconds and his next basic attack will deal 30/60/90/120/150 (+ 120/135/150/165/180% AD) over 2 seconds.

Tiger Stance W: Tiger-Turtle Stance CD: 6 Mana Cost: 45 - 28

Actively, Udyr empowers his next basic attack, dealing 20/30/40/50/60 + (130% AD) physical damage, and shielding himself for 30/48/65/83/100 + (50% of damage dealt by the attack).

Tiger Stance E: Tiger-Bear Stance CD: 6 Mana Cost: 45 - 28

Actively, Udyr cleanses himself of slows, leaping forward 450 units, and dealing 50/80/110/140/170 + (80% AD) and stunning all enemy units struck for .25 seconds.

Tiger Stance R: Tiger-Pheonix Stance CD: 6 Mana Cost: 45 - 28

Actively, Udyr slashes in a cone in front of him, setting units struck on fire. These burning units take 10/20/30/40/50 + (20% AD) physical damage every half-second, for 2 seconds. Deals 50% damage to minions.

W: Turtle Stance CD: 6 Mana Cost: 45 - 28

Passively, while this stance is locked, every third auto-attack will heal Udyr for 2.5% of his maximum health, increasing by 0% - 100% (based on missing health), up to a maximum of 5% of his maximum health. Actively, using this stance, while not stance locked, locks this stance. Upon activation, Udyr shields himself for 60/95/130/165/200 + (2.5% Max Health) for 3 - 10 seconds and his next basic attack will heal Udyr for 2.5% of his maximum health, increasing by 0% - 100% (based on missing health), up to a maximum of 5% of his maximum health.

Turtle Stance Q: Turtle-Tiger Stance CD: 6 Mana Cost: 45 - 28

Actively, Udyr's next three basic attacks deal 20/30/40/50/60 + (4% Bonus Health) bonus magic damage and slow the unit struck by 10/12/14/16/18%, for 2 seconds. Every empowered attack against the same target refreshes the duration of the slow and increases its potency by 50% of the base slow. I.E. a second empowered auto attack would slow for 10% + 5%, with a third slowing for 10% + 5% +5%.

Turtle Stance E: Turtle-Bear Stance CD: 6 Mana Cost: 45 - 28

Actively, Udyr swipes in a cone in front of him, dealing 80/110/140/170/200 + (2.5% Max Health) magic damage, and knocking units back.

Turtle Stance R: Turtle-Pheonix Stance CD: 6 Mana Cost: 45 - 28

Actively, Udyr heals for 30/40/50/60/70 + (5% Missing Health). After healing himself, Udyr deals magic damage equal to 60/65/70/75/80% of the amount healed, in a 400 unit AOE around him.

E: Bear Stance CD: 6 Mana Cost: 45 - 28

Passively, while this stance is locked, every third attack will stun the unit struck for 1 second, with a 5 second unit CD. Actively, using this stance, while not stance locked, locks this stance. Upon activation, Udyr becomes ghosted, and gains 10/15/20/25/30% bonus movement speed for 3 - 10 seconds and his next basic attack will stun the unit struck for 1 second.

Bear Stance Q: Bear-Tiger Stance CD: 6 Mana Cost: 45 - 28

Actively, Udyr empowers his next basic attack. This empowered attack deals 15/22/29/36/43 + (60% Bonus AD) physical damage to the unit struck, and double that damage to all enemy units in a cone behind the unit.

Bear Stance W: Bear-Turtle Stance CD: 6 Mana Cost: 45 - 28

Actively, Udyr heals himself for 10/15/20/25/30 + (10% Bonus AD) for each enemy champion within 1000 units. Ally champions within 1000 units receive half the heal Udyr gains.

Bear Stance R: Bear-Pheonix Stance CD: 6 Mana Cost: 45 - 28

Actively, Udyr releases a 450 unit AOE of flames, stripping enemy champions hit of their shields, and knocking them back. This ability only strips shields put on that champion by another champion. I.E. a Karma shield on an Ashe is removed, but a Karma shield on a Karma isn't.

R: Pheonix Stance CD: 6 Mana Cost: 45 - 28

Passively, while this stance is locked, every third auto-attack will deal 40/80/120/160/200 + (60% AP) magic damage in a 625 unit cone. Actively, using this stance, while not stance locked, locks this stance. Upon activation, Udyr deals 30/70/110/150/190 + (90% AP) magic damage in a 250 unit AOE, every second for 3 - 10 seconds. This deals 40% damage to minions and monsters. Additionally, Udyr's next basic attack deals 40/80/120/160/200 + (60% AP) magic damage in a 625 unit cone.

Pheonix Stance Q: Pheonix-Tiger Stance CD: 6 Mana Cost: 45 - 28

Actively, Udyr's next basic attack deals 20/40/60/80/100 + (100% AP) magic damage, and applies Grievous Wounds on the target, for three seconds.

Pheonix Stance W: Pheonix-Turtle Stance CD: 6 Mana Cost: 45 - 28

Actively, Udyr deals 70/90/110/130/150 + (100% AP) magic damage in 500 unit AOE. Enemy champions and large/epic monsters hit by this ability are marked for 3 seconds. Attacking marked units deals 20/25/30/35/40 + (70% AP) magic damage, and consuming the mark, and healing Udyr for 30% of the mark's damage.

Pheonix Stance E: Pheonix-Bear Stance CD: 6 Mana Cost: 45 - 28

Actively, Udyr tosses a fireball in target direction, dealing 60/90/120/150/180 + (80% AP) and snaring enemy units hit for 1.5 seconds.
