Blood Moon Skin idea

This is my opinion, so you do not have to agree with me. In the recent years, blood moon skins have been released annually and it is great to see the blood moon skin line grow, but i think Riot should make an Ultimate skin or Legendary skin. Since the blood moon is like a japanese clan and the skins are based from the edo-era mythologies.I thought to myself that every clan there is a head or the leader to tell each personel what to do.I won't choose which the skin will belong to, but i do believe the Riot should release a skin that is like the head of the Blood Moon Clan.
