My Game Keeps Crashing After Champ Select And Its Patch 6.5

I keep on having the bug where i keep crashing after champ select.First the client is gone to start the loading screen but suddenly it stay black like nothing happens not even the borders or background would load in. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it,I tried reapplying the patch.I don't use LolReplays . I am running a multifuntional computer suitable for gaming and daily activities my requirements for the game are about at the middle. It was working some weeks ago and the computer is brand new. So if RIOT could fix this bug i would appreciate it and if patch 6.6 fixes it, I would be over the top and be more than happy.

This might sound really stupid and weird, but try loging into this website while those problems are happening, I've had my game get stuck in a "ERROR: Connection to server(ect)" Black screen every time it launches. Ever since then I've had no problems as long as I have this up in the background.
