The "Chill" champion idea

This champion has been on my head for a few days now and i don't expect riot to make this champ at all. The reason why i say "chill" in the title is the idea of the champion is that he/she can break the 4th wall and tell the summoner something whether if it is comedic or weird. Like if you die and respawn the champion will say "I swear to god if you do that again im going to lose my mind" The champion is just "chill", he just wanna talk to the summoner,get a little trust going. Why i thought of this? I have been playing the game since season 4 and had played the game before that season but didn't get into it.Over the amount of time spent playing the game and seeing these new characters, most of them are shouting out heroic,egoistic quotes (except ,the dude is nuts). But none of them seem to say something dumb out of nowhere and asks the summoner about it, example:"Hey i'm hungry,yo summoner, you wanna grab some dragon meat,i heard they're going on sale in the local market today?" Like something dumb, stupid, but just strong enough to be summoned into league of legends. The champion isnt associated with any legions( if possible) and just wanders around without a destination. A LITTLE BACKGROUND FOR THE LORE FREAKS His homeland got attacked and he's out to get revenge but he dont even know where to start and he doesnt even know which legion attack his village. (That was a quick little summary, I leave the rest to your imagination) This champion has no enemies due to him not knowing who attacked his home. His weapon is a sword made from the best steel from his homeland. His style of fighting was taught to him by a wandering monk who stayed in his home for a few days and he mastered the scroll. He wears a bracelet made from the clan head(his grandmother) and nothing else from the village. His main color of clothing is black with white accents. I wouldn't say his looks and style is close to the chinese history ,but closer to the japanese and german instead. The reason why he is chill is because he doesn't want to get others hurt due to his lack of control over his emotions. I say personally that his ULT charges him for a while, making him stronger, faster and tougher(unlike he can be disabled but it'll work at a 50% rate,who knows riot might change this if they see it). He doesn't have friends and wont make any new ones cause his powers are a bit problematic to control.

Im sure some champions can be related to this but the main point is that the champion is "chill".
