Zilean oh my Zilean
Ok so i wanna come out right off the bat saying that zilean always felt wierd to me. He is classified as a specialist but 3 of his abilities (passive,e,r) are clearly supportive in nature and even his 1 can cc but that didn't seem right- I get it "turn back time to save people" but for me I think of this logic- ZIlean is a time control mage, wouldnt it make sense for him to be a control mage- Generally zilean needs an update anyway considering his kit and visuals so here is a concept I came up with. Passive-Sands of TIme/Icathian Hourglass-Zilean has an hourglass icon on his screen represented as full with 4 bars- Zilean transfers these bars down to the bottom with every spellcast- once he cast's 4 spell's the hourglass flips and a % of Zileans basic ability cooldowns are refunded
Q-Time Vortex- On activation Zilean sends out an aoe vortex in a line- this vortex steals time from enemies in it's radius of effect , reducing their movement speed and dealing dps- If ZIlean reactivate's the ability he stops the vortex in place, it will then remain there for additional time. Sending other Q's into a vortex will cause that vortex to grow it's range and slow, and slightly increase it's damage
W-Time break- target a zone to detonate after a period of time, stunning enemies within it- if the ability is activated over a vortex a % of the time drained by it will be consumed to heal each nearby ally- Destroy's the vortex in the process and stunning enemies in it's radius
E-Anachronology- ZIlean seperates himself from time- He can move but cannot take damage- all of his active abilities and all further abilities cast will have their durations preserved, preventing them from dissapearing in q's case or activating in w's case- While in his e all of zileans cooldowns will pause and cannot be reduced save by his passive Sands of Time. The ability has a very long duration but a very significant cooldown-
R-Grandfather Clock- Zilean creates a clock face on the ground beneath him- This tick tocks it's way to 12 o'clock over the course of 12 seconds- Here is where it get's interesting- With every tick Sands of time consumes a bar- If used in Anachronology the grandfather clock will tick twice as fast

As for visual changes I would love if his base skin had a sultan feel to it. Hovering Half Lotus above a swiriling pool of Time sand. Dressed in Sultans robes of Gold and Azure- A clock pendant hangs from his neck and stylized shuriman hourglasses orbit him
