battlecast idea for lost skin AND CHAMPION CONCEPT

theres a shadow in the back of creator viktor or battlecast velkoz and I know it was supposed to be anivia but I have a better idea a battlecast skin for this idea of a champion How about there is made a champion that resembles a manta ray coming from deep in the ocean "he is coming.......the wars on runeterra and the "loss" of nami to the league has caused a creature to arise from the depths. Anvulanas the spirit of the sea (formed into the shape of a manta ray) comes up from the depths" (or it can be something different) "spirit of the sky anvelias has soared down from the "heavens" after hextech crafters have finally taken their expeditions higher than before and have disturbed this creature causing it to come down to runeterra to assert and fix this problem. humans have gone where they shouldn't be allowed. into her territory and she has gone to league to see if there is any way they can fix this" ANY RIoters out there I would like to know how this would work out. I understand it will take awhile to actually make the champion but that lost battlecast anivia skin needs to be patched up someway somehow for the sake of OCD people like myself everywhere.................and I think it would be a cool champion to use it would be more of a support character (especially if the spirit of the sea) using whirlpools to help control opponents positions for one ability its stinger could be another weapon to inflict a DoT or slow effect on the champion (sigh trying to not make him like nami is) his ultimate could be any whirlpools he has out will grow outward and draw in champions towards the middle) what do you all think? then we can add a battlecast skin to him AND PLEASE CAN I GET AN ARTIST TO HELP DRAW IT
