Isaac Netero is a character created by Yoshihiro Togashi, manga writer of popular titles such as Yu Yu Hakusho and Hunter X Hunter, with the latter being where Isaac Netero originates. I've always liked the character, and thought what he would look like if he was incorporated into League of Legends. For now, I will be going over the basics, and later on, i'll edit this to show things such as damage, CC times, cooldowns and mana costs. For now, it's just the basics.

Appearance:

In game, he would have this apparel, and be floating around in a prayer stance with his hands together. Behind him, will be his most devastating ability, the 100-Type Guanyin Bodhisattva. A massive statue that floats behind him, with 100 arms. Netero will only utilize 2 attacking motions that alternate, left hand side slap and a right hand side slap, If you need to know how this would look in game with animations, watch this fight between him and and the final villain (as of early 2016) in the anime series, Meruem.. I haven't thought of a critical strike animation, so if you guys think of one, let me know. Now, onto the rest.

Netero is a ranged physical attacker, dealing fast and deadly attacks. He lacks an escape, but makes up for it with raw damage on all of his abilities. He also has a ton of finishers with the Poor Man's Rose and Zero Hand.

Passive: Poor Man's Rose: Upon death, Netero lives for a short animation. He plunges his fingers into his heart, which detonates the bomb within it. It explodes in a flurry of true damage due to the explosion and some magic damage over a long period, as the bomb contains a poison.

Cooldown: 5 seconds Cost: 80/70/60/50/40 mana

Q: First Hand: Netero does a chopping motion out of his prayer, and the Bodhisattva mimics it, doing an instant chopping motion attack at an area, dealing 100/140/180/220/260 (+0.40 AD) physical damage, and slowing all enemies hit by 30% for 2 seconds.

Maxing First Hand, well first, will gave you early base damage and lane poke.

Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds Cost: 45 mana

W: Third Hand: Netero does a clapping motion out of his prayer, and the Bodhisattva copies it, clapping instantly and dealing 35/45/55/65/75 (+0.80 AD) physical damage, while also stunning the target for 2 seconds.

Cooldown: 18/15/12/9/6 seconds Cost: 100 mana

E: Ninety-Ninth Hand: Netero roots in place for about 5 seconds (which can be canceled), clasping his hands together and making a sign looking like the number 99. During this root, he cannot command the Bodhisattva, but all enemies that enter a large zone around him are instantly hit by a basic attack each second, taking 75% damage on the first hit, applying on-hit effects. Successive hits will deal 50% damage instead.

Cooldown: 180/160/140 seconds Cost: 0 mana.

R: Zero Hand: Netero sacrifices 95% of his current health, after channeling for a brief amount of time. The Bodhisattva disappears and reappears behind the target enemy champion in an instant, using Third Hand on them, and then firing a flare of enormous fire, dealing 150/300/450 magic damage that deals bonus damage equal to the amount of health Netero sacrificed (with a maximum amount of 800 bonus damage) to the target and all enemy units around them over a 2 second burst.

This build is pretty good, as Isaac (if he were for some reason a champion) would benefit from the AD and health.

Starting Items item 1055 item 2003 Good sustain for the early game.

Core

item 3071 item 3748 item 3153 Cleaver, Titanic Hydra, and Blade of the Ruined King would all proc off Ninety-Ninth Hand, while also giving health for Zero Hand.
