Passive: Came Here to Chew Bubblegum - Every 12 seconds, Irwin generates a bubble around him which circles him slowly. Enemy champions that impact the bubble take 30/55/70 +20%AD physical damage, knocks them up briefly (think Vi Q), and are slowed by 25% for 1/1.5/2 seconds. Irwin can have a maximum of 3 bubbles up at a time.
Q: I'm Everywhere - Irwin creates a series of 6 clones around him at regular intervals. The clones ignore terrain, take triple damage, and are unable to attack or us abilities. The clones mimick his movement perfectly, including all animations moving in sync. During the 6 seconds the clones last, Irwin can reactivate this ability to swap positions with one of the clones. They continue to have linked animations, so you cannot tell by looking which one he is unless the rest are over terrain. Has a 41/38/35/32/29 second cooldown.
W: Expert Marksman - For the next 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10 seconds (increased by Q and W level) Irwin can issue attack commands while moving. If attempting to attack someone while out of range, attacking/moving functions as normal. Has a 25 second cooldown. Takedowns reduce the cooldown by 10 seconds.
E: Fake Death - Irwin collapses onto the ground, his health bar is removed, and the announcer proclaims him to be dead. However, nobody receives gold or takedown bonuses, which is the main way to tell that he hasn't perished. During this time Irwin is disarmed, and silenced but invulnerable. Attempting to move ends this ability. Has a maximum duration of 20 seconds and has a cooldown of 60/55/50/45/40 seconds after the ability ends.
R: Steel Jacket - Passively, critical strikes on Irwin mark the target with No More, which prevent their attacks from being critical strikes for 2/3/4 seconds. Actively, Irwin becomes invisible for up to 3 seconds. For the next 10 seconds after coming out of stealth, Irwin has global range on his auto attacks. However, he can only let loose a maximum of 6 shots like this. Attacks knock the target up briefly (think Vi Q) and deal 30/55/70 +20%AD additional physical damage. 120/100/80 second cooldown.
