Gifting with IP

I think it would be great if Riot implemented a gifting with IP for those of us that have a few newer or even older friends on the game that would like to get champions that they dont have. I for one that have over 14k IP right now that I dont use, and I would love to use the points that I have to get champions for my wife and a few of our friends. I think its a waste for me to have IP when I own every champ a good number of runes. Therefore, I would like to petition to Riot that they Implement a Gifting with IP.
